Unlock the Future of Circular Battery Management: Join Our DBP & Battery Marketplace Training Session on 8 April

Minespider, in collaboration with the RECIRCULATE project, is pleased to announce a comprehensive training session focused on Digital Battery Passports (DBPs) and the Recircle Marketplace – Europe’s digital ecosystem for used EV batteries as well as related products and services.

The Recircle Marketplace is a first-of-its-kind digital platform designed to bring transparency to the secondary battery market. It allows producers and service providers to showcase their offerings, increase product visibility, and network with industry stakeholders. By connecting users across the circular battery value chain, the platform helps businesses find new partners  and unlock strategic market opportunities.

As the EU Battery Regulation approaches mandatory implementation of DBPs in 2027, understanding how to leverage these digital tools will be critical for companies across the battery value chain, including OEMs, battery owners, recyclers, second-life operators, and service providers.

This training will cover:

  • Regulatory context of Digital Battery and Product Passports — get a clear overview of sectoral legislation, priority products under the ESPR Work Programme, and the key Battery Passport data you need to know.
  • Business potential of digital ecosystems for end-of-life assets — explore practical use cases, how end-of-life batteries and components can be traded in a digital marketplace, and innovative ways transaction models open new opportunities and strengthen collaboration across the value chain.
  • Live demonstration of the RECIRCLE Marketplace — see the platform in action, from dashboard navigation and creating product offers to category filtering and map-based market visibility.

Participants will gain practical insights into using DBPs and the marketplace to drive transparency, unlock new business opportunities, and support the emerging circular battery economy.

Whether you’re involved in battery production, reuse, recycling, or related services, this session will help you prepare for the digital transformation ahead.
